What is standard pricing?

A variety resources are used complete work requests, including: graphic designers, marketers, content creators, developers, IT support, etc. Each of these resources are billed at different rates. However, before any work is started, estimates are provided.

What is discounted pricing?

Discounts are applied to standard pricing, reducing the cost of services. Subscriptions have an 10% discount on all work performed. Projects have a negotiated discount (depending on project scope). Reservations have discounts depending on the quantity reserved. On demand work requests are priced at standard pricing.

How does the subscription plan work?

Each subscription allows you to submit an unlimited number of requests. The subscription price is used to buy services at discounted pricing, and those resources are used throughout the month. Items are started and typically completed based on the priority order you set. To get the most out of your subscription, you should have at least two work requests active at all times. This allows the team to switch to another task if they get stuck and have questions.

How does the free subscription trial work?

The free subscription trial is used to determine if Nbition is a good fit for your needs. Any work performed during the trial period remains the property of Nbition and is not released to the customer for use until a paid subscription begins. See the terms of service for more information.

Which pricing option should I choose?

• If you have a large or complex project that is well defined, project pricing is recommended. This is great for setting clear expectations on what to expect, when, and allows for negotiated lower pricing.
• If you have a steady stream of less defined work, subscription pricing is recommended. Subscription pricing allows additional planing to help lower costs, and multiple subscriptions can be used if you have a higher volume of work.
• If you require service regularly, but the quantity of work typically varies, reservation based pricing is recommended. This allows for discounted pricing without the pressure of steady work.
• If you rarely require service, and have smaller unplanned work, on demand pricing is recommended. This is also a great option if you are just starting and want to try things out.
